While I enjoyed my 25-year career in management consulting leading multi-million dollar projects for Fortune 500 and government, I was looking for a holistic solution to reduce stress, improve sleep, and lose weight. I’ve tried different approaches but Hypnosis paired with Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) produced the best results and changed my outlook on life and health. After seeing the results I achieved for myself, I decided to dedicate my time to helping our community with Hypnosis solutions.

How does Hypnosis work?

We will work together ahead of each session to identify your goals and agree on Positive suggestions to incorporate into your sessions.

Each session will begin with a guided relaxation practice that you will enjoy from the comfort of your own home. An hour of hypnosis feels like a 4-hour power nap.

You will remain in full control of your thoughts while your mind undergoes changes. You will experience positive mind shifts and thoughts, and will be equipped with tools to sustain positive changes that you create.
