My Personal Weight Loss Experience


I am an absolute believer in efficiency of hypnosis for weight loss. I lost 10 lbs in 4 weeks by practicing self-hypnosis. And, more importantly, by making a lifestyle change, I have been able to keep the weight off for the past year. I reprogrammed my brain to eat mindfully and to not use food as a solution for stressful situations.

The reason why hypnosis works so well for weight loss is because the approach is totally different than what you have ever tried before. You don’t have to deprive yourself of any foods to only bounce back to overeating. Instead, you will use your own mind’s ability to change your attitude towards food. 

During hypnosis, while you are physically relaxed and your subconscious mind is hyper active, I will guide you through a visualization that will help you replace unhealthy food choices with the healthy ones. Most of my clients have requested to replace food cravings with a desire for a pure clean water or cravings for natural foods. 

We will work on using mindfulness techniques to help you eliminate emotional eating and instead will teach you to listen to your body to know when you are really hungry. We will also turn food obsession or overeating habit into a nice pleasant ritual where you will be enjoying and savoring food to really nourish your body.
