My Personal Weight Loss Experience
I am an absolute believer in efficiency of hypnosis for weight loss. I lost 10 lbs in 4 weeks by practicing self-hypnosis. And, more importantly, by making a lifestyle change, I have been able to keep the weight off for the past year. I reprogrammed my brain to eat mindfully and to not use food as a solution for stressful situations.
Researchers found Hypnosis and guided visualization were over 30 times as effective for weight loss than dieting alone. Clients within the hypnosis group lost on average 17 pounds versus .5 pounds with diet alone.
